When you use services offered on our site, Tarentule.com does not collect any personal information without you knowing it.


When you send an eCARD :

If you use our web site to send an eCARD, we collect your recipient's Email address. This information is necessary to send the content and provide confirmation that it has been received. We will not use your recipient's Email address for any purpose other than to send the eCARD. We may also use your Email address to contact you if you have chosen to receive communications from tarentule.com such as its monthly Newsletter or communications from its Commercial Partners. You can always decline the Newsletter by checking the opt-out box on the "Profile" page or "Registration" page on our site. If you are already receiving the Newsletter and you want to unsubscribe, you can simply follow the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each edition.

Tarentule.com never sends "attachments" linked to e-mails sent to recipients of eCARDS. Only a hyperlink permits to view the eCARD (the source file remains at all time on the server of our Internet Service Provider) sent to the recipient. In conclusion, it is impossible when using the services of tarentule.com to send or transmit a virus through the sending of your eCARDS .

Notwithstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third-parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary:
