Access
to "ACCESS TO MEMBER BENEFITS" :
Enter
in the corresponding field your Email
address and
the password you received by
Email after your registration as a Registered
Member of tarentule.com.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the hyperlink under
the "SUBMIT" button
and we will send you an Email with your password.
If you checked the "Automatic access" button
you will have automatic access to your personalized eCARD Center and to all our services
without having to enter your Email address and password each time you visit tarentule.com.
How
to use your "PERSONALIZED
eCARD CENTER" :
Use
the navigation at the top to access to all your personalized
eCARD Center functionalities. Click on the "SIGN
OUT" button, at the top and
left of the page, to exit your personalized
eCARD Center.
To regain access to your personalized eCARD Center during
a future visit, just click
on the "ACCESS TO MEMBER BENEFITS" button.
Your member's
Profile :
Fill in informations
(*required) and click on "UPDATE" to update your member's Profile's
page.
All informations on this page will remain confidential. They will never be transmitted,
exchanged
or sold to a third-party without your explicit approval.
Your Address
Book :
Your personalized
Address Book wiil make easier for you the process of sending eCARDS.
Click on the "ADD A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOUR
ADDRESS
BOOK" button to add an
Email address to your Address
Book.
Click on the "ADD A WHOLE GROUP OF EMAIL ADDRESSES" to add a group of Email addresses from your Address Book.
You can always edit or delete contacts from
your
Address Book by clicking the hyperlinks provided in thier respective
right column.
Adding
a new contact to your Address Book :
Fill in all
informations (*required) and click on the "SUBMIT" button
to add this new contact
to your Address Book.

Adding a new group of Email addresses
to your Address Book :
This register enables you to send an eCARD to a group of Email
addresses with just a single click.
1. Use
the text field to create a name for this group.
2. Click and select a name
from your Address Book that you want to include in the
group and click on
the "ADD TO THE GROUP" button
to include this contact in the group.
3. To delete a
name from the group, select the name from "Names from your Address
Book" within
the group" and click on "DELETE
FROM GROUP".
Your
Reminders :
This
Reminders page will permit you to advise
you of any special event you do not want to forget. An
Email will be sent
to you 15 days before the specified
date of an important date you wish to remember or a very
special event. Click on the hyperlink in
the "EVENT" column
to edit it or on the "DELETE" button
to delete it. Click on the "ADD" button
to add this reminder to the Reminders page.
This year to come calendar regroups special events and coming Holidays. This
will
help
you
to
better
plan the sending of your eCARDS. An
Email will be sent
to you 15 days before the specified
date. Check all appropriate dates
you want to keep in memory and click on the "UPDATE" button
to update your Reminders page and thus save your selections.
Favorites
:
All
selected favorites eCARDS appear
in this register. Click on "VIEW" to
visualize in full size the eCARD or on
the "DELETE" button
to delete this eCARD from
your your Favorites register.
Sent eCARDS :
This
register contains all informations gathered on
all eCARDS sent during the last thirty days
and on all eCARDS programmed to be send on a future
date.
Click on "VIEW" to edit or cancel the
sending date of the programmed eCARD.
You have to cancel the sending of an eCARD 24 hours before
the specified
date.
Click on "VIEW" to view
the eCARD or
to reprogramm the sending date of an eCARD.
The "Seen" column
indicates if the recipient has seen the eCARD he received.
Main
navigation,
and access to proposed themes of eCARDS
:
Home
page proposes eight themes regrouping all
available eCARDS. Click on
one of the theme's icon to have access to all
available eCARDS identified with this theme.
Buttons on top and at the
right of each page permits you
to always have immediate access to the following
options : "CARDS" brings
you to the home page where you have access
to the eight general themes grouping all available
eCARDS. "NEW" will
load in your browser the page showing all new
eCARDS added to the site during the
last month and the "HELP" button,
depending on which page you look at, will open
a pop-up page giving you additional information
on how to use our services and navigate trough
the site.
Access
to all available
eCARDS :
After
choosing and clicking on one
of the eight general themes proposed
on our home page, first page of
all available eCARDS for this theme will load.
You will then find the same, but smaller, navigation
menu on the left of each page so that
you can change theme as you wish. The theme's
faded icon indicates what eCARD
theme you are presently in. Click on any of
the other
blueish
icons of the navigation menu to change theme.
Viewing
of an eCARD :
Click on
the desired eCARD's thumbnail or
on its "VIEW" link
to see this eCARD. A new page will load displaying
the animated eCARD in full size. If you have
a slow Internet connection, you can use your
artistic drawing skills while the animation
is downloading. The animation is ready to
be viewed when the red button "CLICK
HERE" at the bottom flashes.
Click on "BACK" to
return to the last page loaded before viewing
the desired eCARD.
To
personalize and send an eCARD :
To personalize and send an
eCARD, just fill in informations. To send the eCARD to more
than one recipient, separate each address with a coma followed
by a space. Click on the "Send
this eCARD to a contact from your Address Book" hyperlink to send the
eCARD to one of your contacts. Click on "Send
this eCARD to a group of addresses from my Address Book" to send the
eCARD to a group.
Choose a sending
date from the pop-up menu. Click on "PREVIEW
THE eCARD" to preview the eCARD with its recipient's
first
name and your personal message added to the animation.
Clickon "SEND THIS
eCARD" to send the
eCARD without previewing it.
